i fully realize that i have been a bit of a bad blogger recently, but come february i'm determined to get back to posting a few times a week - things have just been INSANE recently.  speaking of insane...a friend of mine literally just gave me this amazing jacket and i am totally in love with it!

this jacket is my new favorite piece - it's all about the shoulders!  i took these photos (on a VERY windy day) outside of one of my favorite watering holes in town, no. 308, and thought it'd be fun to play with some black & whites.

on another note, i'm having way too much fun this week because my best friend is in town from boston! we're spending the days shopping/eating/relaxing. it's pretty fantastic :)

i've been in love with this cut out blazer ever since i picked it up a few months ago, but it's been sitting in my closet because i could never figure out what to wear with it. anyways, the 80s bug struck me and i decided to rock it with some basic leggings!

i am SO excited because my best friend is coming to nashville this week! stay tuned for updates on our adventures :)

yes....I FINALLY WENT TEAL! so excited about the new hair, it's been fun playing with different colors as i'm growing it out.  quick post today as i'm hard at work on my new music project, which i'm SO excited to share with you guys soon!

i thought it'd be fun to recap the past year and take this chance to say THANK YOU to everyone who reads this blog. tons of outfits, multiple hair colors, and lots of photos later...i'm still in love with putting together every single post!
