under my umbrella.

maxi: ny&co, sweater: henry cottons, clutch: indian, earrings & belt: vintage, shoes: bcbg, umbrella: dkny

it randomly dropped 30 degrees in nashville today (the high was 65!) and so i decided to rummage through my fall wardrobe. it was a rainy labor day, but i still had an amazing time brunching, shopping, and spending time with some of my favorite people.

i received this umbrella as a free gift at a nordstrom event i went to recently and i must say - i'm kind of in love with it. even when it wasn't raining i was using it as a pointing device (which got on my family's nerves very quickly). oh well, i thought it was funny!

I absolutely love this look. It is one of my all time favorites, and I find it hard to achieve. You look chic and put together, but at the same time cozy. Like you could be lounging around in this outfit and be perfectly comfortable. Plus, the color of the maxi is to die for!
