i die.

leighton meester's photoshoot for the new york times is so amazing to me! it has all of my favorite fashion trends: bold/contrasting colors, geometric shapes and bold jewelry (all done together but tastefully!)

anyways, im basically dying over the whole thing.

I, too, am a fan of the Blair Waldorf, though the writing (as of late) is particularly horrible. She's so immature and borderline pathetic that I think I'm losing interest? We need Season 1's writers back asap or pay them less money (aka light a fire under their asses).
I, too, am not a fan of the Serena character (and probably the actress as well). She's definitely wonky, and I SWEAR there is something up with her mouth/speech. Maybe she has some sort of speech impediment because of egregious looking veneers? Not a fan of crazy teeth situations.

And as for the Leighton Meester photoshoot: I came across it a few days ago and I have to admit I am not thrilled. I've seen her shot looking better at various fashion shows and parties. The hair/skin/makeup is a little "Twilight" for me and the clothing selection, less than stellar. It just looks like they are trying to push looks that wouldn't normally sell without a celebrity face (sidenote: she's wearing the Christian Louboutin I believe they are called "Ice Creams" in the bottom right corner photograph. Those badboys are $1200, easy. All the celeb spotting in the world isn't going to boost sales for those shoes, sorry CL. Stop it. Its a recession).
