per request: men's fashion tidbits.

today i brought my men's fashion expert, vivek (aka my bro bro), to help give you gents a few tips and tricks to looking a little more fabulous during this frigid season.

there are some really fun trends going on for men right now and here are a few that we love:

1. SKINNY TIES

skinny ties are a new fabulous trend for men.  in the new age of "gq-ness" they make you look slim, fit and fierce.  try one, who knows?  you just might like it!

2. ACCESSORIES

from tie bars to pocket squares to cufflinks, learn to have some fun with accessories!  simple accessories can immediately change the whole vibe of your outfit for the better [just make sure not to over do it!]. and remember this men: "last thing on, first thing noticed!"

3. COLORS AND PRINTS

i find that many men have trouble playing with different color/print combos. many are so used to traditional color/print combinations that they don't even think about playing with bold colors/prints!  here are some very bold examples form the etro's spring 2009 line.  now you don't have to go to these extremes, but its just a start to thinking out side of that fashion box.
